Refund policy
At WishCare BD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully:
- Products can only be returned in case of manufacturing defect.
- No return will be accepted for personal dislike, change of mind, or product not suiting skin/hair.
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
- Delivery charges for return will be paid by the customer.
- Once verified, a replacement product will be sent (subject to availability).
- Orders can be canceled before shipment.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- For prepaid orders, refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for return.
- We encourage customers to check product details, usage instructions, and suitability before purchase.
